KidsTalkiPlay is exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. Minors are prohibited from registering, accessing or using the platform. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for preventing minors in their care from accessing the platform.
KidsTalkiPlay does not collect identifiable data of minors. Only approximate age ranges of children, entered by the adult account holder, are stored — with no identifying information. These are automatically deleted with the account within 30 days.
KidsTalkiPlay does NOT recommend publishing or sending images of minors through the platform. If a parent or legal guardian voluntarily chooses to share images of minors, they do so under their sole and total responsibility.
KidsTalkiPlay expressly advises against sharing any photograph or image in which minors appear. If the user chooses to share such images, they fully assume: (a) compliance with applicable legislation on minors' data protection; (b) obtaining the necessary consent from other parents or legal guardians; (c) any legal, civil or criminal consequences; and (d) any damages to the minor or third parties. KidsTalkiPlay is expressly exonerated from all liability.
It is absolutely prohibited to: publish identifiable images of minors; share personal data of minors; generate content that violates the dignity or safety of minors; or engage in any conduct constituting grooming, harassment or exploitation.
Any such content will be immediately removed, the account terminated and data reported to competent authorities without delay.
Immediate precautionary suspension of the account(s) involved.
Preservation of evidence and incident logging.
Urgent notification to competent police and judicial authorities.
Full and immediate cooperation with authority investigations.

KidsTalkiPlay ist ausschließlich für Erwachsene ab 18 Jahren. Minderjährigen ist die Registrierung, der Zugang und die Nutzung der Plattform unter allen Umständen untersagt. Eltern und Vormünder sind dafür verantwortlich, den Zugang Minderjähriger zu verhindern.
KidsTalkiPlay lehnt jede Haftung für den Zugang Minderjähriger ab, der auf Fahrlässigkeit oder mangelnde Aufsicht ihrer Eltern oder Vormünder zurückzuführen ist.
KidsTalkiPlay erhebt keine identifizierenden Daten von Minderjährigen. Es wird nur die ungefähre Altersgruppe der Kinder gespeichert, die vom erwachsenen Kontoinhaber eingegeben wird — ohne identifizierende Angaben. Diese werden automatisch mit dem Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen gelöscht.
KidsTalkiPlay empfiehlt NICHT die Veröffentlichung oder das Versenden von Bildern Minderjähriger øber die Plattform. Wenn ein Elternteil oder Vormund freiwillig Bilder von Minderjährigen teilt, tut er dies auf eigene und vollständige Verantwortung.
KidsTalkiPlay rät ausdrücklich davon ab, Fotos oder Bilder zu teilen, auf denen Minderjährige erscheinen. Entscheidet sich ein Nutzer dennoch dazu, øbernimmt er vollständig: (a) die Einhaltung der Datenschutzvorschriften für Minderjährige; (b) die Einholung der Zustimmung anderer Eltern oder Vormønder; (c) jegliche rechtliche, zivil- oder strafrechtliche Folgen; und (d) mögliche Schäden für den Minderjährigen oder Dritte. KidsTalkiPlay ist ausdrücklich von jeder Haftung befreit.
Absolut verboten sind: Veröffentlichung identifizierbarer Bilder von Minderjährigen; Weitergabe personenbezogener Daten von Minderjährigen; Erstellung von Inhalten, die die Würde oder Sicherheit von Minderjährigen verletzen; und jegliches Verhalten, das Grooming, Belästigung oder Ausbeutung darstellen könnte.
Solche Inhalte werden sofort entfernt, das Konto gekündigt und die Daten unverzøglich an die Behörden gemeldet.
Sofortige Vorsperrung des/der betroffenen Kontos/Konten.
Sicherung von Beweismitteln und Dokumentation des Vorfalls.
Dringende Benachrichtigung der zuständigen Polizei- und Justizbehörden.
Vollständige und sofortige Zusammenarbeit mit behördlichen Ermittlungen.

KidsTalkiPlay es exclusiva para adultos mayores de 18 años. Los menores tienen prohibido registrarse, acceder o utilizar la plataforma. Los padres y tutores son responsables de impedir el acceso de los menores a su cargo.
KidsTalkiPlay no recoge datos identificativos de menores. Solo se almacena el rango de edad aproximada de los hijos, introducido por el adulto titular, sin datos identificativos del menor. Estos datos se eliminan automáticamente con la cuenta del titular en máximo 30 días.
KidsTalkiPlay NO recomienda la publicación ni el envío de imágenes de menores de edad a través de la plataforma. Si un padre o tutor legal decide voluntariamente compartir imágenes de menores, lo hace bajo su exclusiva y total responsabilidad.
KidsTalkiPlay desaconseja expresamente compartir cualquier fotografía o imagen en la que aparezcan menores. Si el usuario decide compartirlas, asume íntegramente: (a) el cumplimiento de la normativa de protección de datos de menores; (b) la obtención del consentimiento de los demás progenitores o tutores; (c) cualquier consecuencia legal, civil o penal; y (d) los posibles daños al menor o a terceros. KidsTalkiPlay queda expresamente exonerada.
Está absolutamente prohibido: publicar imágenes identificables de menores; compartir datos personales de menores; generar contenido que vulnere la dignidad o seguridad de menores; y cualquier conducta que pueda constituir grooming, acoso o explotación.
Cualquier contenido de este tipo será eliminado de inmediato, la cuenta cancelada y los datos comunicados a las autoridades sin demora.
Suspensión cautelar inmediata de la cuenta o cuentas involucradas.
Preservación de evidencias y registro del incidente.
Notificación urgente a las autoridades policiales y judiciales competentes.
Cooperación plena e inmediata con las investigaciones de las autoridades.
